All our problems enter the physical body only after entering our energy body.
Say for example, you are having some problem in the knee, liver or stomach means that one or two months prior to this, the energy body is affected in that particular area.
So maintaining the clean energy body, by realigning the energy body to the flow of Divine energy, you are cleansing, clearing and energizing and preventing the physical problem.

The energy body is also connected to the mind. In other words, mind is also energy. Every thought is energy and every emotion is energy too.
If you have feelings of joy and enthusiasm or any positive emotions and if you have positive thoughts then you are positively contributing to the energy. When he is in a joyful mood he can run 10 miles. If the same person is sad and depressed he cannot run even 1 mile. It means the unwanted emotions – sadness, worries or fears will dampen the energy. They will pull down the energy level by deviating from the energy flow.

That means each and every organ is connected to the energy body/etheric body mentally as well as etherically. Therefore, our mental thoughts and emotions will have an impact on the physical organs.
However, anger will affect only certain organs, sadness and depression will affect some other organ, and worry will affect some other. For example, while liver is affected by anger, then it will not be affected by worry.
So each and every organ is specific about receiving a particular energy. As far as the receiving of energy is concerned, it is the chakra which decides that, because each and every chakra is connected to certain organs.
When the energy is received in the form of light, each and every chakra is specific in receiving only one color. In that way the energy field is processed and maintained by the energy body.

How to Use Reiki
Reiki means you are giving love to your own organs. There are 18 positions in the body, through which, when energy is given, the body will realign to the Divine flow.
Reiki is mainly working by symbols. Doing Reiki means you draw the symbols and just keep quite. The only condition in Reiki is you have to relate to your body daily.
Reiki is always flowing through hands, for example, when something happens to a part of the body immediately our hands go there. That means your hands are already empowered to receive Reiki. They are already receiving Reiki but we do not know it is Reiki.
Now after the Reiki initiation, your energy in the spinal cord is realigned to the Divine flow so that you will be changed person. Only condition is that you have to do Reiki daily. In those 18 positions of the body, you have to draw the symbols and keep your hands in those positions daily.
How does Reiki work?
If there is a problem say head ache, the energy is not flowing properly and in and around the head there is congestion. That means that the head is not aligned to the Divine flow. So first, if there is congestion then it means that the congestion is to be removed.
First it is a cleansing process. The congestion is cleansed. It has to be released. How the congestion would have happened? We need not bother about it.
There is a symbol which cleanses the congestion. However, once the congestion is removed we have to see that no more congestion flows in.
The organ is a weak organ and there is already congestion there. Once the congestion is removed it may receive further congestion. That means that organ is to be energized. So first it is cleansed, then energized and finally realigned with Divine flow. These three steps will be taken care of by the Reiki symbols.
Reiki is the healer
You need not worry what the problem is and how the problem has come and how the problem has to be solved. Only thing is, while healing yourself or others, you should not worry about how the healing takes place. You are not the healer. You are doing the work of god. Do not attach yourself with the result. That is the first condition of Reiki.
I have told you that after drawing the symbols you have to place hands on the 18 positions in the body. In each position you have to place your hands for a minimum of three minutes. That means you have to spend at least one hour for Reiki daily. If you do not have time to spend one hour at a stretch, you can split it into three sessions of 20 minutes each doing Reiki in the morning, afternoon and night. But do not discontinue.

Reiki works in a simple manner, that is, through symbols. There are certain Reiki symbols which work and bring in the energy of Divine.
The energy (pranic) body is energized or the Divine energy is processed by seven chakras.
Light is also a form of energy. Light is of different colours. You like certain colours and you do not like certain colours. From the space, from the light or from the Sun God, we receive energy in the form of light. When you receive excess of Red colour, some red has to be eliminated and some red has to be stored.

Do we get energy only from the food we eat?
In the physical body each and every organ in the body is working for the welfare of the body and during this process they spend energy. How do you get this energy back?
We think it is by taking food. Yes by taking food we get energy. Is that the only way of getting the energy? The answer is no. We also get energy or the Divine flow through air, space, inhalation and exhalation. It is a total process.
How does divine energy operates in the body?
The whole body or the organs are maintained by the flow of energy in the pranic body or the auric body that surrounds our physical body.
How the energy is operated? The energy that flows to the body and to the organs is connected to the energy body, which is called as the Pranic body, Ki body or Reiki body. That energy body is directly connected with the Divine Energy Ball.
If you learn about this flow or energy, how it maintains the body and how the energy body is maintained then your Reiki learning is over.
Advantages of using Reiki
What is Reiki? Correcting the body or correcting the particular organ or realigning the organ to the Divine flow is Reiki.
What are the additional things we get out of Reiki? You can get your intention or desire fulfilled by Reiki. There is a method by which you can do that. You can improve your relationships with the help of Reiki. Reiki is not only for the physical body, but also for the entire life of yours. You can cleanse and energize your environment, your house and everything else through Reiki. You can prepare Reiki water and drink that water and so on.

What is Reiki
Reiki means the energy of God (or universe). The energy that is available in the entire universe is also available within us. Reiki is a Japanese word. Rei means Universe and Ki means energy. Energy means, an ever-flowing energy and ever giving universal energy.
Energy inside is same as energy outside
The man is composed of the physical body. To operate the body some energy is required. Each and every organ in the body and each and every system in the body are permeated by the flow of Reiki.
If the same energy is available inside the body is also available outside the body means, there should be some uniform flow of energy or some form of connection between them.
We are connected to a permanent source of energy
Assume a ball of energy which is 10000 times bigger than the Sun God. The Divine ball is always Purnam (complete by itself). It means whatever energy is spent for the sustenance of the universe will never be depleted.
How do we replenish our energy?
But as a human being, even if we walk for about 10 minutes our energy is depleted.
How to replenish this energy throughout our life is the basic approach of Reiki.
How did I found Reiki color therapy?
The law of nature is, “Where there is light there is energy and colour. Where there is colour there is light”.
Based on this Law of Nature, the active healing colours of the Reiki Symbols were found. When experiments were done, the prominent nature and healing quality of the colour of symbol was evident. Hence, colour therapy with Reiki.
However color therapy is not new
Colour healing is being practiced for so many years. They are namely:
Color Water Therapy
There are healers today who specialize in it. In their clinics, they would have three bottles – blue, brown and green. They will fill them up with water and keep them in sun for at least 8 hrs. Blue bottle will absorb blue colour from sun and convert water with the energy of blue, though the water won’t turn in to blue colour. Green colour bottle generates green colour energy, while the brown produces orange colour energised water.
There are only three primary colours: red, blue and green. Healing takes place by using a combination of these three colours. You will be asked to drink the water with a specific colour combination, based on your ailment.
For all practical purposes the four colours – green, blue, orange, and pink will do.
Using Laser Beam
There are colour chambers where the patient is asked to sit. Then, a laser beam of light is sent to them.
A photo sensitive chemical is injected in to the body. The cancerous cells are red in colour. This light will fill them up with red, to replenish the red scarcity in the body. This is called Photo Dynamic Therapy. It is currently practiced in Mexico and USA.
Other Modes of Color Therapy
Later on color crystals were used. Negative ions are impregnated into them.
There are colour cards too, which will be seven in number.
Colour bulbs were applied too. The patients were asked to lie down and then appropriate colour treatment is given to them.
Research on Color Therapy
For last 10 years I have been researching on this topic. There was a German doctor who researched on colours and association of 1000 herbal plants used in Homeopathy.
Reiki and Color Therapy
Reiki is divine white light, that’s what we think. When you draw all the symbols, it only comes as a white light. Without calling upon Reiki though, each of those symbols emits different colours.

I called Balakumar as my husband had an issue at office. He passed a remark about one of women colleagues who works with the board of directors in the staff cafeteria. This reached her through someone and she was very angry and upset.
She mailed this to my husband. When my husband tried to call her to apologize, she messaged saying she was too upset to attend to his call. My husband immediately got extremely perturbed and called me up to tell me that he might lose his job or face serious consequences because of his loose talk.
Balakumar asked me to draw a 4 petal flower on a paper, rotate it with my hand in the clock wise direction and say my husband’s name basic chakra is rotating clock-wise at a normal size and optimal speed. I kept doing this and after some time drew the same on my left palm and rotated with my right palm as my son kept taking the paper away.
Naran told me that we had to only handle the fear and insecurity element. Within 2 days, the lady called my husband and told him to make his interesting jokes and remarks in her presence, so that she could enjoy it as well.

When you are angry, your solar plexus chakra will be rotating in the anti-clock wise direction. A chakra is nothing but an energy centre, through which one expresses positive emotions and negative emotions, by way of spinning clock-wise or anti-clock-wise.
If any chakra circulates on the clockwise direction, it will create a positive effect. However, if it rotates on the anti-clockwise side, it will create negative effect(s) on you. Whenever a chakra rotates clockwise, it will receive energy from the Universal Divine Energy or Cosmic Energy – the one that is within and around us. When chakra rotates in the opposite direction, instead of receiving the universal energy, it will send out the unwanted outside – in this case anger. Then a person projects the energy of anger outside, attracting events that will further aggravate one’s anger.
If there is a quarrel or unnecessary entanglement, just before the incident, the solar plexus rotates anticlockwise, without us knowing about it. We may think that the opposite person is unnecessarily creating problems. Therefore, when you expect a quarrel anywhere with any person, instead of blaming him, mentally command your chakras to rotate clock-wise with optimum speed. It is only intention and visualisation. Instead of seeing outside, we see inside and correct our energy centres.
Please note here that each of the chakras has to rotate at a specific speed, neither fast nor slow. That’s why we command them to run at an optimum speed.
Anger is generated from the Solar Plexus chakra, which is one of the seven chakras. It is below the chest and above your navel. The heart chakra is in the middle of the chest, a centre from which love flows in and out. So when both the chakras are rotated, and been commanded to spin at an optimum speed, the anger is dissipated and love is created. Love attracts Love.
