True Spirit of Reiki Part II: Tackling problems using Reiki

Excerpts from the book, “True Spirit of Reiki”

Why we have problems in Life?

When we are also connected to the (Universal) Divine Flow why should we have so much of problems? Why should we have so much of physical problems?

There is a problem in life and there is a problem in the body and ultimately we die. That means, whenever the problems comes it is a reminder that we are not synchronized with or in alignment with the Divine Flow. The problems remind us that, we are not in the Divine Flow. You have just deviated from the flow of Divinity and therefore, you have to correct yourself.

Realign your life with Reiki

That is the message of the Divine Energy Ball. But unfortunately we do not listen to that, and we continue to move away from the flow of energy. Reiki is one technique by which the realignment of our thoughts and emotions, realignment of the body and realignment of system takes place.

That means the Divine energy is ever ready to help us. It is we who do not seek help. Help is nearest when the need is greatest.

When some problem comes we think that we are able to solve the problem and we do not surrender. When the problem goes beyond our hand then only we think of praying. Surrender comes only at a later stage.

Why we have to be initiated into Reiki? By getting initiated into Reiki, your energy flow is realigned to the Divine flow.

Doesn’t the Reiki practitioner face any problems in life then?

Then you can ask a question, are people who are already initiated into Reiki are in Divine flow? Are they healthy? Don’t they have any problems in life?

Yes they face problems too, but a correct Reiki practitioner will not worry about the problem. He will accept the problem and wait for the solution to happen instead of going for the problem solving. If anybody practices in that manner the problem remains only as an incident.

Explanation for ‘Turn the anger Away’

Please refer the article ‘Turn the anger away” here: https://healbyreiki.wordpress.com/2011/03/16/turn-the-anger-away/

When you are angry, your solar plexus chakra will be rotating in the anti-clock wise direction. A chakra is nothing but an energy centre, through which one expresses positive emotions and negative emotions, by way of spinning clock-wise or anti-clock-wise.

If any chakra circulates on the clockwise direction, it will create a positive effect. However, if it rotates on the anti-clockwise side, it will create negative effect(s) on you.  Please read the blog to gain some more information on Chakras: http://naranhealingproducts.wordpress.com/2011/02/09/doing-it-the-right-way/

Whenever a chakra rotates clockwise, it will receive energy from the Universal Divine Energy or Cosmic Energy – the one that is within and around us. When chakra rotates in the opposite direction, instead of receiving the universal energy, it will send out the unwanted outside – in this case anger. Then a person projects the energy of anger outside, attracting events that will further aggravate one’s anger.

If there is a quarrel or unnecessary entanglement, just before the incident, the solar plexus rotates anticlockwise, without us knowing about it. We may think that the opposite person is unnecessarily creating problems. Therefore, when you expect a quarrel anywhere with any person, instead of blaming him, mentally command your chakras to rotate clock-wise with optimum speed. It is only intention and visualisation. Instead of seeing outside, we see inside and correct our energy centres.

Please note here that each of the chakras has to rotate at a specific speed, neither fast nor slow. That’s why we command them to run at an optimum speed.

Anger is generated from the Solar Plexus chakra, which is one of the seven chakras. It is below the chest and above your navel.  The heart chakra is in the middle of the chest, a centre from which love flows in and out. So when both the chakras are rotated, and been commanded to spin at an optimum speed, the anger is dissipated and love is created. Love attracts Love.

Don’t be Sympathetic! Be Empathetic!

What happens, if we get contaminated, when we heal others?

Even if you do flower remedies these types of problem may afflict you. For that matter, we are affected even if you practise Homeopathy. However what do we do in Homeopathy or Flower Remedies? We shouldn’t get any problem as we are not healing as the flowers and the homeopathic pills do the healing.

Even then if it happens then it means we are sympathising with our patients. The Bach Flower Remedy Walnut breaks this unwanted link between you and the patient.

In general, we are getting involved with the patient and are anxious to correct their problem(s). Remember, we are only giving remedies. We shouldn’t worry whether it is working or not. For the same reason, we shouldn’t expect why they haven’t informed us on what’s happening to them.

Irrespective of knowing all these, sometimes we do get involved. If you think you may be influenced by their state of mind, then take the Bach Flower Remedies Centaury and Walnut.

We don’t have to put a white light shield, as some energy practices suggest. We are always shielded. What happens is that when we hear somebody’s cries, we get involved. In this type of situation, Bach Flower Remedy Red Chestnut also would help.

The universal energy clears and cleanses all unwanted and unseen energies, from the source of the healing place. It’s the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol!
