How to Use Reiki

Reiki means you are giving love to your own organs. There are 18 positions in the body, through which, when energy is given, the body will realign to the Divine flow.

Reiki is mainly working by symbols. Doing Reiki means you draw the symbols and just keep quite. The only condition in Reiki is you have to relate to your body daily.

Reiki is always flowing through hands, for example, when something happens to a part of the body immediately our hands go there. That means your hands are already empowered to receive Reiki. They are already receiving Reiki but we do not know it is Reiki.

Now after the Reiki initiation, your energy in the spinal cord is realigned to the Divine flow so that you will be changed person. Only condition is that you have to do Reiki daily. In those 18 positions of the body, you have to draw the symbols and keep your hands in those positions daily.

How does Reiki work?

If there is a problem say head ache, the energy is not flowing properly and in and around the head there is congestion. That means that the head is not aligned to the Divine flow. So first, if there is congestion then it means that the congestion is to be removed.

First it is a cleansing process. The congestion is cleansed. It has to be released. How the congestion would have happened? We need not bother about it.

There is a symbol which cleanses the congestion. However, once the congestion is removed we have to see that no more congestion flows in.

The organ is a weak organ and there is already congestion there. Once the congestion is removed it may receive further congestion. That means that organ is to be energized. So first it is cleansed, then energized and finally realigned with Divine flow. These three steps will be taken care of by the Reiki symbols.

Reiki is the healer

You need not worry what the problem is and how the problem has come and how the problem has to be solved. Only thing is, while healing yourself or others, you should not worry about how the healing takes place. You are not the healer. You are doing the work of god. Do not attach yourself with the result. That is the first condition of Reiki.

I have told you that after drawing the symbols you have to place hands on the 18 positions in the body. In each position you have to place your hands for a minimum of three minutes. That means you have to spend at least one hour for Reiki daily. If you do not have time to spend one hour at a stretch, you can split it into three sessions of 20 minutes each doing Reiki in the morning, afternoon and night. But do not discontinue.

Draw Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol.

Affirm, “I am connected to the Sun God”.

Pray to Sun God, “Please send me the Solar Divine White Light”.

Visualize Divine White Light entering your third eye and spreading to all parts of the body.

Affirm:

– With each and every inhalation, I continue to receive the Solar Divine White Light.

– Solar Divine White Light fills up all the cells of my body.

– All my chakras are filled up by Solar Divine White Light.

– All my chakras are cleansed, cleared, energised, balanced and harmonized.

– My entire auric field is totally filled up by the Solar Divine White Light.

– I am totally immersed in Solar Divine White Light.

Pray, “Dear Sun God please send me the solar rays of love and compassion”.

Affirm, “Surya Kavasam (chest armour) is formed around me”. (for protecting your auric field and self)

Draw Cho Ku Rey symbol.

Affirm, “The solar white light flows through me and fills up my home”.

Visualize the Solar Divine White Light filling up one room after another.

Affirm, “My entire house is filled up with Solar Divine White Light. It is cleansed, cleared, energized, balanced and harmonized”.

Pray to your house, “Dear Soul of my house, please keep your environment and your inmates happy and lovable”.

Healing your family members

Visualize the Solar Divine White Light fills the heads of everybody. See them being happy.

Affirm, “They are lovable and loving”.

Healing your office

Affirm, “The solar white light flows through me and fills up my entire office”.

Visualize the Solar Divine White Light filling up one room after another.

Affirm, “My entire office is filled up with Solar Divine White Light. It is cleansed, cleared, energized, balanced and harmonized.

Pray to your office, “Dear Soul of my office, please keep your environment and your inmates happy and lovable”.

Visualize the Solar Divine White Light fills the heads of everybody working in the office. See them being happy.

Affirm, “They are happy and doing a great job”.

Healing Others by Breaking Our Connection to Them

The ‘I am sorry’ mantra goes like this, “I am sorry. Please forgive Me. Love Thanks Divine. I forgive you. You forgive me and release me”.

It will remove the connection between us and the healee. Immediately, healing will happens to the healee.

Case History

A girl got married. It was arranged by her parents. In her husband’s house, she went through lot of suffering. Her husband wasn’t on talking terms with her either.

Mother used to consult me and chant remedies for the sake of her kid. Everyday she called me without fail. When the phone rings, I used to wonder, why healing hasn’t happened. So I affirmed, “I Balakumar forgive you Lakshmi. You forgive me and release me”. Within one day the problem got resolved as the disconnection has happened.

Karmic Connection

When somebody comes to us for healing, it shows we are karmically connected to them. When the connection breaks, the problem is resolved immediately. While chanting I am sorry mantra, we can draw the Reiki symbols too. Healing is thus very simple.

Requesting for Healing

A person can ask you for Reiki in two ways:

• By a straightforward method – asking you directly
• When he is angry with you – he is indirectly asking you. As a Reiki channel, your gate of love is open. You have the power of Reiki. He doesn’t have it. He can only fight. You can retaliate with a fight or rectify it with Reiki love. This conflict could be resolved by adding to the affirmation for the highest good of everybody concerned and give it Reiki.
