Coming out of LOSS Pangs

As suggested by you I am doing Reiki for 60 to 90 minutes. I would like you to suggest an affirmation that I can do while doing Reiki.

While doing Reiki or anytime in general, chant the affirmation, “I OPEN up myself to the LOVE, BEAUTY and GRACE of the DIVINE”.

Even though, I am yet to recover from my losses, I could see positive developments in all areas of my life.

–        I could get business from some customers, where it wasn’t forthcoming before.

–        I see improvement in the quality of interactions with my current relationships.

–        Whenever I feel at a loss, I could come out of that feeling, and feel peace at heart, if I chant the affirmation.

Overall, I already see signs of improvement in all aspects of my life. Of course, I understand as my problems are long-standing, I cannot overcome them overnight. However, with the help of this mantra, I am sure I will able to handle them over a period of time.

Based on my personal experience, I would suggest this affirmation for your students and blog readers, who are suffering from love pangs – be it a loss of a lover, spouse, or dear ones.

The Driver for Relationships, Desires and Talent

Friends are forever

Hara Chakra is situated 1.5 inches below navel. We form relationships because of this chakra. So it is also called a Relationship Chakra. When relationships are not good, then energy level is low in this chakra.

Our friendships will get bad and people will remain single, if this chakra is imbalanced. If you want better relationships then you have to improve the energy level of this chakra.

Once a month you will feel ok. Next ten days you will not feel ok. This means this chakra is not working properly. If there are friends around and connection(s) to people happens, all because of this chakra. If you want better relationships, then take care of this chakra.

Our talents are exposed to the world

It’s also called the Talent Chakra. Suppose my talent is not utilized properly, then it means energy is low in this chakra. We keep saying, “I haven’t got a good job, worthy enough to my capacity”. This thought will reduce the energy in the Hara Chakra and will affect our job as well.

Our desires are fulfilled

It is physically connected to urino- genital organs. Therefore, it is called Sex Chakra. Mentally it is connected with our desires. Our talents and capacities are here. When that chakra is working properly your desires are fulfilled. So it is also called a Desire Chakra.

Ready to get married

When you feel safe and secure thanks to Basic Chakra, you will get married. Your parents would think our boy has a good job, so let us get him married.

All our problems in general are mental problems. They are present because of our issues with our relationships. Thanks to this chakra, we form relationships and if our relationships are not good enough then we lose energy out of this chakra. On the other hand, if we have good relationships then we will have enough energy in this chakra.

We fight in the office. We come home and fight there too. When we fight both at home and office, how can we have enough energy? When we worry so much, then we do not beget a child too.

De-addiction

Addiction or craving for sweets means this chakra is imbalanced. Many will have craving thanks to imbalance in this chakra. Extreme desires will lead to addictions and in turn depletion of Hara Chakra. Therefore, addiction can’t be removed so easily and too much desire has to be reduced.

Do we get energy only from the food we eat?

In the physical body each and every organ in the body is working for the welfare of the body and during this process they spend energy. How do you get this energy back?

We think it is by taking food. Yes by taking food we get energy. Is that the only way of getting the energy? The answer is no. We also get energy or the Divine flow through air, space, inhalation and exhalation. It is a total process.

How does divine energy operates in the body?

The whole body or the organs are maintained by the flow of energy in the pranic body or the auric body that surrounds our physical body.

How the energy is operated? The energy that flows to the body and to the organs is connected to the energy body, which is called as the Pranic body, Ki body or Reiki body. That energy body is directly connected with the Divine Energy Ball.

If you learn about this flow or energy, how it maintains the body and how the energy body is maintained then your Reiki learning is over.

Advantages of using Reiki

What is Reiki? Correcting the body or correcting the particular organ or realigning the organ to the Divine flow is Reiki.

What are the additional things we get out of Reiki? You can get your intention or desire fulfilled by Reiki. There is a method by which you can do that. You can improve your relationships with the help of Reiki. Reiki is not only for the physical body, but also for the entire life of yours. You can cleanse and energize your environment, your house and everything else through Reiki. You can prepare Reiki water and drink that water and so on.

Chakra Healing for Throat Infection

Question

I just came back from my holidays. Right now, I am afflicted by a throat infection, which happens whenever I travel by AC buses or trains. Please tell me what I can do for this problem.

Naran

1. Keep your left hand on the Throat (Chakra) and the right hand below the belly button (Hara Chakra)
2. Mentally rotate the Hara Chakra clockwise, and affirm, “My Hara Chakra is rotating clockwise in an optimal speed, drawing energy and Orange colour from the Universal Divine Energy”.
3. Mentally rotate the Throat Chakra clockwise, and affirm, “My Throat Chakra is rotating clockwise in an optimal speed, drawing energy from the Universal Divine Energy”.
4. Visualize Orange colour going from your Hara Chakra to Throat Chakra
5. Do the steps 2 to 4, for a couple of minutes each
6. Do it few times a day
7. Chant the mantra, “Om Howm Vum Joom Saha” for as many times as possible, separately.

Explanation

When you are affected by a Throat infection, the body would try to heal it by sending orange colour stored all over the body to the throat. This will lead to reduction of orange content in the body. We need to replenish it. We do that by accumulating orange colour in the Hara Chakra, and then sending it to the Throat Chakra. In addition, whenever we are physically or emotionally affected, one or more of our Chakras will be imbalanced and they will start rotating anti-clockwise. When you have a throat infection, your Throat Chakra will be affected. As Hara is connected to Throat Chakra, it will be also affected. We take care of this by mentally rotating them in the clockwise direction and in an optimal speed.

Om Howm Vum Joom Saha is a good mantra for all types of infections, including Swine Flu. Howm takes care of the Throat Chakra, while Vum takes care of the Hara Chakra, and strengthens it. As we are prone to lots of infections these days, it will be a good habit to chant this mantra, a few minutes a day. Hold a bottle of water and chant this mantra. Then give the water to every member of your family as a tonic.
