We used to visit our grandparents house from the maternal side during all summer holidays and at least once in between the annual visits. Those days are over.

That house has given us lot of joy and celebration, a great home to stay with no concerns whatsoever and multiple socializing activities. How will the house feel now? You say that every house has a soul. What that soul will feel now? Very sad and rejected, I suppose.

So I started sending Reiki to it as an attitude of gratitude. While doing so, a thought crossed my mind – what about the current house we are living in? It’s a new house, which was built over the old house.  If every house has a soul, then the old one had a soul too. How much it would have felt hurt, when it was destroyed?

So, I started drawing the Zonar symbol few times. I sensed that the soul of the old house is happy and thankful. Then I did Sei he Ki few times. When I started doing Rama symbol, I felt that I was in the middle of a great party that I had never attended such a great one in my life.

That joy can never be described in words.

This exercise will strengthen one’s Basic or Root chakra, which stands for stability and safety. Everybody needs a food, clothes and shelter and what else. Even if you have good food – which you take to satisfy your hunger, you need to come back to your place of shelter.

The very next day after doing the exercise, I got a huge profit in share business. I think it is a sign of the stability you are talking about. I will continue to do this exercise.

Positions of Energy

Major Reiki Positions

There are 18 positions in our body, through which we can tap energy.

However, if you have a lot of money but do not spend it, then the money is useless. In the same way, if you don’t tap the energy in you, it’s as good as being poor.

Giving Reiki in those positions

By giving Reiki in these 18 positions, Reiki will remove all unwanted stuff from our lives.

We don’t have to worry, which position removes which unwanted stuff. Just work in all these positions. Reiki will take care of the rest.

Chakras Vs Reiki Positions

These 18 positions are governed by the seven chakras.

Therefore, by working on these positions, you work on the chakras that channel the energy for us. Origin of disease happens because of lack of energy in chakras.

Hands-on Reiki Positions

If you are keeping your hands on Reiki positions then do the following, after drawing the relevant Reiki Symbols:

• In each position, spend at least three minutes. You could use an alarm with a snooze facility. If you don’t want to do that, to manage duration of giving Reiki in each position,you may say the affirmations certain no of times (say for example, eleven times in each position).
• Finally to take care of back positions, which is hard for some people to place their hands on back positions, do the Hanuman posture (joining the hands and two soles of the feet) for a few minutes after drawing the symbols. This is very good to energize yourself after a long strenuous day.

Reiki Sessions

It takes about 45 minutes to give Reiki to all positions.

If you can’t get 45 minutes at a stretch, then split your session into three 15-minutes sessions – first session in the morning, second session during the day and then the last one before going to sleep.

We may fall asleep while doing the third session though. However, it doesn’t matter.

I myself studied REIKI all three levels, merlin trinity, and angel therapy.

Still holding fear, distrust, lack of love, confidence, self-worth, and must be something more, which is affecting people deeply connected with me. My kids suffer too.

I want to improve as well as heal myself and them too.

First heal your fears.

Write all your fears in a paper.

Then write “Reiki heal all my fears for my highest good”.

Keep the paper in the hand and give Reiki.

Do this daily for ten minutes.

Then take up the next issue.

Longing for Celebration and Joy

Those days are over. Our grandparents are not there anymore. No more hospitable souls to receive us. Of course, my cousin who took over the house is not financially doing well and therefore, no point in blaming him.

That house had given us lot of joy and celebration, a great home to stay with no concerns whatsoever and for multiple socializing activities.

The Driver for Relationships, Desires and Talent

Friends are forever

Hara Chakra is situated 1.5 inches below navel. We form relationships because of this chakra. So it is also called a Relationship Chakra. When relationships are not good, then energy level is low in this chakra.

Our friendships will get bad and people will remain single, if this chakra is imbalanced. If you want better relationships then you have to improve the energy level of this chakra.

Once a month you will feel ok. Next ten days you will not feel ok. This means this chakra is not working properly. If there are friends around and connection(s) to people happens, all because of this chakra. If you want better relationships, then take care of this chakra.

Our talents are exposed to the world

It’s also called the Talent Chakra. Suppose my talent is not utilized properly, then it means energy is low in this chakra. We keep saying, “I haven’t got a good job, worthy enough to my capacity”. This thought will reduce the energy in the Hara Chakra and will affect our job as well.

Our desires are fulfilled

It is physically connected to urino- genital organs. Therefore, it is called Sex Chakra. Mentally it is connected with our desires. Our talents and capacities are here. When that chakra is working properly your desires are fulfilled. So it is also called a Desire Chakra.

Ready to get married

When you feel safe and secure thanks to Basic Chakra, you will get married. Your parents would think our boy has a good job, so let us get him married.

All our problems in general are mental problems. They are present because of our issues with our relationships. Thanks to this chakra, we form relationships and if our relationships are not good enough then we lose energy out of this chakra. On the other hand, if we have good relationships then we will have enough energy in this chakra.

We fight in the office. We come home and fight there too. When we fight both at home and office, how can we have enough energy? When we worry so much, then we do not beget a child too.

De-addiction

Addiction or craving for sweets means this chakra is imbalanced. Many will have craving thanks to imbalance in this chakra. Extreme desires will lead to addictions and in turn depletion of Hara Chakra. Therefore, addiction can’t be removed so easily and too much desire has to be reduced.

Get into the wonderful world of light and love

When you are initiated into Reiki, you remove yourself from the world of darkness – problems and hatred and move into the world of light and love – solutions.

Who is doing Reiki Initiation?

Here I am not doing the initiation, Dr. Mika Usui, the one who found the Reiki system of healing, is doing the initiation.

Mrs.Takata is responsible for spreading Reiki throughout the world.

Experience of Reiki is wonderful

Reiki, though it is a simple and subtle energy, you will be able to experience the wonderful energy of Reiki and the greatness of it, after you become a Reiki channel. Even though, I have been spending all my life with Reiki, I cannot explain that in words, as one has to experience that to know that.

Reiki Initiation

While doing the rhythmic breathing one by one will be called and will get initiated. Till the initiation is over for all, you have to close your eyes. By closing your eyes you are going from darkness into light.

Give Thanks

When you give thank your heart expands and when the heart expands the eyes expresses it with tears. When you think and thank somebody you should get tears in your eyes and that is how you must express your thanks. It is not a word, but the language of divine.
